If you have basic questions, the FAQ page is always up for your reference. Basic questions are answered there. And if you have a question that’s not found there, feel free to add the question on the link and we will get back to answer your question. That way, we could answer your question and future clients/visitors would be able to refer to the answered questions.

We have taken down our forum yesterday. We noticed that running the forum isn’t entirely necessary. We felt it was taking too much of our time which we could use to provide support for LKH clients.

But, we won’t let you guys down so.. we have a Live Support system up and running now! Feel free to try it out.

So if you guys are looking for support, you can try sending out an email or through the contact form, through twitter, or by opening a support ticket at the helpdesk.

We have been quiet for awhile, working hard on fixing the site and getting our services ready and we’re proud to say that Letse Ka Hosting is now officially for business!

Go spread out the news and help promote us! You might just get something in return.

We raised the prices of the Tiny Plans because we think the prices are a little too underpriced. Don’t worry though, it’s not much of an increase.

cPanel.net has recently released a new version of cPanel which fixed some security issues. cPanel will run smoother and a little faster now.

We also have reinstalled our billing site, which will now be found on clients.letseka.com. All clients are required to sign up of course.

After much fixing and going around, the nameservers are finally up and running. Letse ka forums is also up so feel free to join and post your questions or share what you know.

We are still working on the nameservers issue. Our service provider still hasn’t contacted us.

We are also reworking our Helpdesk/Billing site. We will be working from scratch again.

I also revised the Terms of Service. Please read and make sure you are abiding to the terms.
