Letse Ka Hosting holds the rights to modify and change the terms, conditions, and policies at any moment without prior notice. It is important to check this page regularly for new modifications.

Upon ordering and being hosted by Letse Ka Hosting, you are to be bound to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering

After you sent your payment, please allow us to verify your payment and process your order in 24-72 hours. You will then receive your login information via email so it’s very important that you use a correct & valid email address.

Payment

We are accepting payments via Paypal. Our paypal email address is payments@letseka.com. Other payment options can be found here.

Overdue Payment and Renewals

Please make sure you pay your bills on time. Invoices will be generated 3 days before the due date. If unable to pay, a payment reminder will be sent 7 days after. If still unable to pay, another reminder will be sent 10 days after the invoice was generated. If after the 14th day we still do not receive your payment, then your websites will cease to operate and you will be required to pay a reactivation fee amounting to $10.00.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds of any kind under any circumstance. We follow a strict “No-Refund Policy” on all our services. Once you have paid and ordered, it is 100% non-refundable may you choose to cancel your order or aren’t happy with our services.

Downtime

As your hosting provider, we try to provide 99.9% uptime and we keep our services from downtime as much as possible. But like any other host, we cannot guarantee that natural issues such as server errors, power failures, and other technical problems will be avoided.

To sum it up, we cannot guarantee that your website and your account will be up 24/7/ and we will not be held responsible for any downtime.

Back-ups/Data Loss

There will be instances where we urge you to make full back-ups of your accounts as soon as possible. It is mainly to protect your files and sites when problems are foreseen. We will not be held responsible if you encounter data loss (some or all of your files and websites have disappeared). As a client, it is your responsibility to ensure back-ups of your account/s on a regular basis (daily, weekly, or monthly) in case such problems occur.

Our back-ups of your website may not be available at all times, so do not expect us to be able to restore your websites when you need them.

Restricted Content

To ensure best quality service, we restricted the use and storage of the following scripts and files on your accounts. Failure to abide will be facing the consequences (such as Suspension and Termination of service).

  • Illegal, stolen, pirated or copyrighted content such as but not limited to warez (hosting and linking)
  • Adult Sites and Mature Content (pornography, nudity, obscenity)
  • Hateful, bullying, harassment, or harmful content
  • Outdated scripts or software – Please upgrade or update your scripts/files to the latest versions once available.
  • PHPizabi/YaBB Forums scripts and scripts using flat-file database
  • Audio or video streaming (remote audio and video files are allowed)
  • Phishing, Fraud, Spam, Image Hosting, File Hosting, Gambling, Social Networking, Arcade Gaming, Proxy and Download Sites
  • Spamming Email / Mass Email
  • File Hosting / Backup hosting
  • Virus / Malware / Spyware
  • Torrentflux or similar
  • Rapidleech or similar
  • Any script that causes harm to the server such as but not limited to scripts mentioned above

Domain Names

Any domain name that comes free with a shared plan are registered through us and remains sole possession of Letse Ka Hosting.

Domain transfers, nameserver changes and hand-overs will only be fulfilled if you pay a fee of $10.00. If, under any circumstance, a clients account is suspended, terminated or blocked, the domain will become inaccessible unless you pay the unlocking fee of $15.00.

We are implementing this policy to prevent clients from buying our plans to take advantage of the discount with shared plans which come with free domains.

Promotions, Discounts and Limited-time offers

We may run promotions, limited-time offers and special discounts at any time we feel like running. These promos will give you the plan of your choice with less price. These promos, discounts and limited-offers will only be one-time services. After the term of your plan ends, you will be renewing the prices at the standard prices. Under no circumstance will the discounted price be renewed.

Our prices may rise without prior notice and you will be renewing with the current prices.

Terminations, Suspensions and Server Abuse

Letse Ka Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any moment once proven violating some of our terms and policies. Depending on your violation, we may inform you or give you warnings and reminders on your first offense and will be asked to review the TOS/Policies again. As long as you are not abusing server resources, you will not be given these actions.

We have the right to delete all or parts of your website without warning if you are abusing the server, overusing server resources and causing so much load on the server. As this is shared hosting, the server is shared to many other clients and you are not the only one using and occupying the server.

All termination and suspension of accounts are based on our judgment and discretion. We will not be giving any refund or compensation to your account if suspended or terminated.

File Usage and Storage

You should not waste space on the server and storing  unnecessary files. Please remember we are offering webhosting services, remote file hosting is not one of our services. Any of our clients proven to be wasting and using disk space to store unnecessary files will be suspended or terminated with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the harm.

Unmetered Space and Bandwidth

Nothing in the world is unlimited, and that includes server space and bandwidth. As we are offering unmetered space and bandwidth (depending on your hosting plan), we do not keep track of how much space and bandwidth you are using. Clients are allowed to use as much as they want as long as they are not crippling the servers with the amount of space, bandwidth, accounts and server resources they are using. Generally, with unmetered space and bandwidth, you will be able to use it without encountering problems but if your website is harming the server, we have the right to suspend or terminate your site with or without prior notice.

Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. The following explains how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of any personal information.

  1. We will not give out any of your personal information unless we deem it necessary.
  2. We will only collect your personal information for records, archival and contact purposes.
  3. We will not sell your information to third-parties. We will only hold your personal information for the period of time that you are hosted with us.
  4. We promise to keep your information safe and secure.
